Job Description

  • Oversee the end-to-end application delivery process, ensuring timely and high-quality outputs.
  • Lead and manage a team (3rd party) of 10-20 software developers, help-desk and QA engineers.
  • Ensure adherence to agile development practices and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Expert in Web applications and API development
  • knowledge of application architecture, DB (Oracle/SQL)

The Successful Applicant

Key Requirements - Education & Certificates

  • E/BTech/Engineering Qualification ONLY from Tier 1 colleges (10th/12th/Graduation Percentages over 65%)
  • 10-15 Year of exp into Software Application delivery
  • Insurance/Financial Industry is preferred
  • Team handling exp is Required



Key Requirements - Experience & Skills (Must have Required)

  • 8+ years of work experience with Java
  • 8+ years of work experience with Agile Methodologies
  • Must have exp into Agile Development · Agile Methodologies · Applications Delivery · Core Java · HTML · Java · JavaScript · Java Spring boot
