The Successful Applicant

A successful SM - HRBP should have:

  • Educational qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in HR practices within the Technology & Telecoms sector.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations in India.
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders effectively.
  • Experience in managing change and driving organisational initiatives.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
