About Our Client
Our client is a reputed MNC firm, growing their shared services set up and looking for a senior L&D leader to drive the complete learning and talent development for employees across levels working as a partner with business teams.
The incumbent will work very closely with the global stakeholders and business heads to drive organisation agenda for learning and development.
You will be instrumental in designing, developing and driving learning interventions across the talent life cycle at the organization.
The Successful Applicant
MBA from Tier 1 institute with at least 10-15 years experience in HR across functions and strong expertise in L&D.
Prior experience working with reputed MNC set-ups supporting a large employee base in L&D.
Strong business partnering experience with excellent communication skills.
