Job Description

  • Develop and execute the regional growth strategy aligned with global objectives
  • Lead day-to-day hub operations ensuring profitability, quality, and scalability
  • Implement best practices to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery
  • Foster a high-performance, inclusive culture across hybrid and remote teams
  • Collaborate with global practice leaders to build skills in AI, Data Science, BI, and application development
  • Partner with sales and client teams to integrate the hub strengths into proposals and delivery plans

The Successful Applicant

A successful Site Head should have:

  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience, with proven success in building and scaling technology delivery centers in India to atleast 1000+
  • Adept with new age tech including but not limited to AI/ML, data engineering & Intelligent automation
  • Strong track record of operational leadership, strategy execution, and organizational growth
  • Excellent executive presence with the ability to influence across global stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to foster culture, lead distributed teams, and scale high-performing organizations
  • Experience working across both consulting and delivery organizations is highly preferred
