The Site Head will oversee and manage all operations of the multiple plants within the site and will report to the COO. This role can be based at one of their sites in Southern India.

It has a strong presence in the market and is committed to operational excellence and innovation in engineering and manufacturing. They are looking for Site Head that can be based at one of their sites in South India and the person will report to the COO.

Job Description

  • Oversee the overall operations of the site, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve production targets and maintain quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations within the unit.
  • Manage resources, including manpower, machinery, and materials, effectively.
  • Monitor and improve production processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve business goals.
  • Lead and mentor a team of professionals to foster a high-performance work culture.
  • Analyse operational data and prepare reports for senior management

The Successful Applicant

A successful Site Head should have:

  • A full time engineer
  • Strong knowledge of the process industry operations. You should have worked in Industries such as Petrochemicals, Oil and Gas, Chemicals, Fertilisers, Metal and Mining and Cement.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale complex operations and lead diverse teams. Minimum Turnover of a site managed should be around 1500cr+
  • Excellent understanding of safety and environmental regulations.
  • Problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement and cost efficiency.
  • Effective communication and leadership abilities.
