  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive cost optimisation and revenue growth initiatives.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to the management.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and maintain financial integrity.
  • Ad hoc financial projects and provide insights on potential investment opportunities within the real estate sector.

The Successful Applicant

A successful SGM - FP&A should have:

  • A strong academic background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in financial planning.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and advanced Excel skills.
  • Familiarity with the property and real estate industry is preferred.
