Job Description

  1. Write clear and concise microcopy for onboarding, payouts, dashboards, and alerts.
  2. Partner with design and product teams to create smooth user journeys.
  3. Design content for product screens, emails, tooltips, and FAQs.
  4. Simplify complex topics like settlements and compliance for users.
  5. Maintain voice, tone, and content patterns at scale.
  6. Use user feedback and data to improve content.
  7. Help define high UX and content standards

The Successful Applicant

  1. 3-5 years as a UX Writer, Content Designer, or Product Content specialist.
  2. Experience in fintech, payments, or banking products.
  3. Strong portfolio showing product content examples.
  4. Collaboration skills with designers, PMs, and engineers.
  5. Systems thinking for scalable content solutions.
  6. Comfort with ambiguity and proactive problem shaping.
  7. Clear, concise writing and good documentation habits.
