Our client is a leading international manufacturer and distributor of aromatic products, including flavours, fragrances and ingredients. The company has an overall turnover of over 2000 million Euros annually and is a Zero-Debt company. They have organically grown twelve folds in the last ten years and is among the top 10 global flavours and fragrances firms in the world.

Job Description

1. Build the company's "Flavors" business in India which accounts to 33% of global turnover (700 million Euros)

2. Existing and new business development with international and domestic accounts

3. Annual sales budget; monthly sales forecast; creating new sales accounts and pipeline

4. Relationship, key account and stakeholder (internal & external) management

The Successful Applicant

1. Entrepreneurial mindset and a strategic bent of mind

2. Excellent communications (English and Hindi) and organizational skills

3. At least 5-7 years of B2B sales/techno-commercial experience preferably in the "Flavours" space

4. Proficiency in computer skills like MS Suite

5. Open to extensive travel subject to business requirements
