Job Description

1. Lead the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, process management, and onboarding across functions within the organization.

2. Partner with stakeholders on various talent requirements to ensure timely delivery and a strong pipeline of quality candidates.

3. Operate independently and collaboratively alongside the teammates to scale hiring.

4. Well-versed with latest hiring platforms, technologies and systems.

The Successful Applicant

a) 5-10 years of hands-on, end-to-end recruitment experience in fast-paced environment

b) Comfortable managing stakeholder relationships and parallel recruitment channels.

c) Must be result-driven with experience in startups or fast-growing tech companies preferred.
