Define success metrics for each product/feature, implement mechanism to track those metrics and use these metrics to further improve the product/feature. Ability to understand the users and their needs, translate them into features and working with product team to drive the product/feature development. Further, ability to keep Demand, Supply and Operations teams in loop for seamless execution across all teams. Work with engineering and design to plan launch scope. Together with engineering and design, break-down scope into launch iterations. Understand the metrics that govern increase in consumer traffic and software adoption and constantly strive to improve upon these metrics Participate in user research initiatives with the design and user research teams to understand customer problems and identify and iterate on solutions.
The Successful Applicant
Should have hands-on experience working with Product teams, working closely with Product, Design & Engineering, on actually building the Product. Analytical and data-driven, you love digging into the data to understand what's happening and define & measure success on every project
