Job Description

  • Develop and drive product roadmap and strategy to meet market requirements and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product portfolios and lifecycle strategies.
  • Conduct market, technology, and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and organizational priorities.
  • Lead product design, modification, and evaluation phases across the product lifecycle.
  • Establish and execute long-term plans for cost control and profitability, leveraging new technologies.
  • Define and implement processes to enhance organizational effectiveness and operational maturity.



The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum of 10 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree; or 8 years and a master's degree; or a PhD with 5 years' experience; or equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with semiconductor equipment and direct exposure to customer fabs.
  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, adept at building cross-functional partnerships.
  • Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and influence decision-making processes effectively.
  • Proven track record of solving unique business challenges in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience leading projects with significant complexity, developing and executing strategic plans effectively.
