Senior Manager-Strategic Sourcing

Reporting into the Supply Chain Head and managing a team of 6+ people to take care of spend of 200 million dollars, you shall be responsible for:

• Leading the Strategic Sourcing at a global level in Direct and Indirect commodities

• Strategic Sourcing & Commodity Management. Establishing Strategic vision for the commodity, setting objectives supplier relationship to drive projects to achieve the objectives of global supply chain.

• Coordinating with finance/accounting on matters involving inventory, cost savings and cash flow management.

• Working with suppliers to ensure they have enough capacity to support our demand as well as supply continuity risk management plans.

• Ensuring Supplier Performance in on time delivery, Supplier capacity

• Defining and measuring metrics according to the annual operating plan objectives in connection with the supplier performance against these expectations assuring continuous supplier improvement and then driving team to highlight and close gaps to meet objectives

• Delivering of activities resulting in highest level of product and service quality as viewed through the eyes of our customers

• Working with Global Supply Chain team to develop the organizational capabilities required for future growth and take adequate steps to develop the skill and leadership qualities in the Supply Chain team.
