  • Collaborate with leadership to align rewards strategies with business objectives.
  • Conduct market analysis to remain competitive in the professional services industry.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of reward programs and suggest improvements.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders on reward strategies.
