The Senior Manager - OKR & Organisational Design will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing organisational strategies and frameworks within the retail industry. This position focuses on aligning objectives and key results (OKRs) to ensure operational excellence and streamlined processes.

Job Description

1. OKR Management & Performance Alignment

  • Lead the end-to-end design, deployment, and continuous improvement of the OKR framework across all business units.
  • Translate strategic priorities into aligned functional, team-level, and individual OKRs by collaborating closely with CXOs and business heads.
  • Drive the annual and quarterly OKR cycles including planning, objective setting, mid-cycle check-ins, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Develop a comprehensive roadmap for change management, capability building, and org-wide adoption of outcome-focused execution.
  • Partner with HRBPs, Leadership, and L&D teams to integrate OKRs into performance discussions, career progression frameworks, and broader talent outcomes.
  • Build and maintain OKR dashboards to monitor progress, analyse trends, identify risks, and drive data-backed interventions.
  • Champion OKR evangelisation through communications, training sessions, playbooks, templates, and toolkits.



2. Organisational Design & Effectiveness

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to evaluate, optimise, and redesign organisational structures for agility, scalability, and operational efficiency.
  • Support organisation-wide change initiatives including new business vertical design, functional restructuring, and capability mapping.
  • Conduct org diagnostics such as spans & layers assessment, role clarity evaluation, redundancy analysis, and external benchmarking.
  • Build capability frameworks, role charters, job levelling structures, and governance models aligned to organisational needs.



The Successful Applicant

Education & Experience

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related disciplines.
  • 5-10 years of experience in HR Strategy, Organisation Development, Performance Management, or related areas.
  • Prior exposure to implementing OKRs or leading large-scale organisation transformation projects is highly desirable.
  • This is an Individual Contributor role.
