Job Description



  • Strategic Talent Acquisition


    • Design and execute recruitment strategies for lateral hiring across technology domains (engineering, product, data, cloud, cybersecurity, etc.).


    • Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce planning needs and skill requirements.


  • End-to-End Recruitment Management


    • Drive the full lifecycle of recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiation, and offer closure.


    • Ensure smooth onboarding and integration of lateral hires into the organization.


  • Market Intelligence & Networking


    • Build and maintain strong networks with mid-to-senior level professionals in the tech industry.


    • Stay updated on emerging technologies, talent trends, and competitor hiring practices.


  • Stakeholder Engagement


    • Advise hiring managers on talent strategies, compensation benchmarks, and best practices.


    • Collaborate with HR business partners to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.


  • Process Excellence


    • Implement recruitment analytics to track efficiency, quality of hire, and time-to-fill metrics.


    • Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives in lateral hiring.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience: 17-20 years of professional experience, with at least 10 plus years in technology recruitment and lateral hiring.
  • Expertise: Strong understanding of the technology talent landscape, including niche skills and emerging roles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to multitask and deliver results under tight timelines.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and talent assessment frameworks.
  • Mindset: Results-driven, collaborative, and proactive in building long-term talent pipelines.
