Job Description



  1. Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering
    • Understand business needs and identify digital opportunities.
    • Translate business goals into functional, technical, and data requirements.


  2. Project Execution & Coordination
    • Manage user stories in Jira or similar platforms.
    • Lead/support digital initiatives like:
      • Analytics platforms
      • Automation tools
      • AI/GenAI pilots
      • Digital products


  3. Stakeholder Management
    • Coordinate between business, product, data, and tech teams.
    • Partner with consulting firms and vendors.


  4. Performance Monitoring & Change Management
    • Define KPIs and monitor post-implementation performance.
    • Drive documentation, training, and adoption.

The Successful Applicant

Successful Candidate Profile:



  • Educational Background:
    • MBA from a reputed institute (preferred specialization: Strategy, Operations, Information Systems)
    • Alternatively, 5-7 years of relevant experience for non-MBA candidates


  • Professional Experience:
    • 1-3 years (post-MBA) or 5-7 years (non-MBA) in digital transformation, consulting, product management, or analytics
    • Experience in business analysis and translating business needs into technical and data requirements


  • Technical & Functional Skills:
    • Proficient in writing and managing user stories in Jira or similar platforms
    • Familiar with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project management methodologies
    • Exposure to analytics platforms, automation tools, and AI/GenAI technologies (preferred but not mandatory)


  • Industry Exposure:
    • Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences sectors is a strong advantage


  • Soft Skills & Attributes:
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
    • Analytical thinker with attention to detail
    • Comfortable working in cross-functional teams and fast-paced environments
    • Demonstrates initiative, ownership, and a collaborative mindset


  • Role Fit:
    • Digitally fluent and business-savvy
    • Capable of driving innovation while aligning with organizational goals
