Job Description

The key responsibilities of the role entail

  • Managing digital platforms i.e social media , brand website , third party e-commerce websites etc
  • Leveraging the digital landscape and data to offer more and better consumer experiences
  • Developing and managing CRM strategies that will leverage consumer data in order to increase brand loyalty
  • Lead Digital commerce campaigns , including Direct to Consumer , B2C and B2B
  • Working with cross functional and global teams across categories

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate will be someone with

  • 10-12 years of experience from a reputed B- School
  • Would be an expert at Digital Marketing , Digital Platforms , CRM and Data analytics
  • Experience in liaising with cross functional teams and good with stakeholder management
  • Good communication skills
