Job Description

Major Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Design and Delivery for a diverse set of learning initiatives in the space of Behavioural, Leadership, Culture and Values based interventions.
  • Act as a learning consultant with the business to identify learning needs, and devise strategy / solution that best fits the requirements
  • Work with the business, globally in creation and execution of the learning interventions both short term and long term with clear high Impact outcomes.
  • Lead diagnostics, in sighting and need gathering to identify and define development needs for individuals/ teams/ functions for today, and, what may be required by businesses over the next 3-5 years.
  • Responsible for designing and executing long term and short term leadership interventions and OD initiatives.
  • Identify appropriate delivery partners and create working relationships with them to deliver the solutions.
  • Custodian for learner experience and partners experience in driving a platform of learning solutions through strong process orientation and execution Excellence.
  • Develop and implement consistent data based methods and metrics to measure the effectiveness of Talent and learning interventions.
  • Branding, communication and campaign design for learning programs.
  • Exposure/ Past experience of design, development and implementation of Digital learning solutions and Managing LMS systems would be a plus.

The Successful Applicant

  • MBA Tier I/ II B-school: Total Experience - 7+ Years with min 3 years in L&D;
  • Any other Master's degree in Human Resources or equivalent - Total Experience - 10+ Years with min 5 + years in L&D
  • Experience in a consulting space would be preferred.
  • Exposure to having Managed/led long duration and short Burst Learning Interventions
  • Strong Design and Facilitation Skills
  • Functional Learning Interventions design and roll out would be an added advantage
  • Excellent facilitation skills and interpersonal/ communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong organizational & planning skills with keen attention to detail: ability to handle multiple tasks and details efficiently while meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and exercise independent judgement regarding operational decisions, processes or systems.
