Job Description



  • Lead financial structuring, valuation, and negotiation of M&A and partnership transactions.


  • Evaluate commercial assumptions, identify key value drivers, and assess downside risks.


  • Design shareholder protections and governance frameworks to safeguard investment value.


  • Analyse impact of transactions on credit metrics, leverage, and capital structure.


  • Support covenant monitoring and ensure compliance with lender obligations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Manager Corporate Finance should have:

  • A strong educational background in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end M&A, corporate finance within the Energy, Infrastructure or Industrials sector.
  • At least 6-8 years of relevant experience post qualification.
  • Expertise M&A deal structuring.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
