About Our Client

Job Description

  • M&A Transactions - Collaborate with business and external counsels to manage M&A transactions including coordinating the legal due diligence exercise and drafting. Managing the transaction documentation and closing the transaction.
  • Financing transactions - Work with the internal financing team and external counsels to negotiate and finalize the financing documents, assist in completing the draw down CPs and coordinating with the compliance team to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Work with the compliance team to drive compliance tracking including by interpreting regulations to determine applicability and compliance requirements.
  • Work with the corporate finance team to lead capital raising documentation and legal negotiation with investors . Assisting compliance team on offer documents and other legal documents required for any capital market raise.
  • Work with the external counsels and business to support on critical litigations including proactively identifying way forward for operational issues.
