Job Description

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including vendor and partnership agreements.
  • Provide legal advice to various departments, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Identify and mitigate legal risks associated with business operations and transactions.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of corporate policies and procedures.
  • Support the management team with legal insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor changes in legislation within the healthcare industry that may impact the organisation.
  • Collaborate with external legal counsel as required for specialised legal matters.
  • Maintain accurate records of legal documents and correspondence.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Legal Associate should have:

  • A degree in law from a recognised institution, with a specialisation in corporate or healthcare law preferred.
  • Prior experience in a legal role, ideally within the healthcare industry or a related sector.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and legal frameworks in healthcare.
  • Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proven ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly to non-legal stakeholders.
