Job Description

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Lead talent acquisition initiatives to attract top talent in the FinTech space.
  • Oversee employee engagement programs to enhance workplace satisfaction.
  • Manage performance evaluation processes to ensure consistent feedback and growth.
  • Design and implement learning and development programs for employees.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
  • Collaborate with leadership to drive organizational change and culture initiatives.
  • Utilise HR analytics to inform decision-making and improve processes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Director - HR should have:

  • A postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR leadership roles within the Technology & Telecoms or FinTech industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and best practices.
  • Expertise in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organisational development.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to drive change and innovation.
