Job Description

  • Develop and execute India's integrated communications strategy aligned with business priorities.
  • Lead media relations, thought leadership, government communication, and reputation/crisis management.
  • Drive internal communication programs that strengthen employee engagement and organisational alignment.
  • Collaborate across a matrix organisation to ensure consistent, high‑quality messaging across stakeholders.
  • Oversee program execution, agency partners, budgets, and communication effectiveness metrics.

The Successful Applicant

  • Brings 20+ years of experience in corporate communications, PR, media relations, or journalism at large corporates, MNCs, or reputed agencies.
  • Proven ability to lead integrated internal and external communications at a national level.
  • Strong understanding of the Indian media landscape and key stakeholder ecosystems, including government and policy.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, storytelling, and strategic advisory skills.
  • Comfortable operating in matrix organisations with multiple senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and skilled at building and mentoring high‑performing teams.
