The Senior Data and AI Officer will play a pivotal role in driving enterprise-wide adoption of AI-powered productivity tools, including generative AI assistants, workflow automation platforms and will design and execute AI enablement roadmaps that embed AI into daily workflows to enhance efficiency, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making.

Job Description

  • Lead enterprise-wide adoption of AI productivity tools (e.g., generative AI assistants, workflow automation) to embed AI into daily business workflows.
  • Partner with IT and business leaders to tailor AI solutions, drive cross-functional initiatives, and maximize ROI from AI investments.
  • Design and execute change management, AI literacy, and workforce upskilling programs to ensure sustainable adoption.
  • Establish Responsible AI governance frameworks covering data privacy, compliance, and ethical AI usage.
  • Define and track KPIs to measure adoption, productivity gains, and employee experience, providing insights to senior leadership for continuous optimization.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Data and AI Officer should have:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital transformation, IT strategy, or AI adoption roles.
  • Strong understanding of AI productivity platforms (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, generative AI assistants, workflow automation tools).
  • Experience in change management, training, and organizational enablement.
  • Knowledge of data privacy, compliance, and responsible AI frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
