Job Description

  • Develop and execute strategic plans for the department.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure the successful launch of new products.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and standards in the life science industry.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in the medical equipment and technology sector.

The Successful Applicant

A successful marketing professional should have:

  • A strong educational background in pharma or a related field.
  • Demonstrable experience in marketing and agency roles within the life science industry.
  • 10-12 years of experience is needed (largely marketing but sales 1-2 years a good to have)
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Solid knowledge of the medical equipment and technology sector.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive approach and a strong desire to succeed.
