Job Description

  • Own and lead the Lodging sector P&L across South Asia
  • Manage and develop a high‑performing team of 8-10 senior Key Account Managers
  • Drive sector strategy across anchor, hunt, and farm accounts including global, national, and large regional hotel chains
  • Build and deepen strategic relationships with global hotel brands, hotel owners, and management companies
  • Aggressively acquire new properties and accounts from competition and onboard them effectively
  • Position the organisation's brands as the preferred partner across hygiene, cleaning, and machines
  • Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver customised, value‑led solutions including chemicals and equipment
  • Expand wallet share through structured account plans and innovation‑led selling
  • Track and deliver sector sales, margin, and growth targets in line with regional expectations
  • Represent the organisation at industry forums and maintain strong market visibility
  • Travel extensively across India and South Asia

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sector Head - Lodging should have:

  • Extensive experience in B2B sales and key account leadership within HoReCa or hospitality ecosystems
  • Proven exposure to lodging / hotel chains, owners, and institutional customers
  • Strong track record of hunting new business while scaling large, complex accounts
  • Experience managing senior sales teams with long tenure and high expectations
  • Strategic, articulate, and executive‑presence‑driven leadership style
  • Strong understanding of solutions‑based selling (chemicals, machines, services)
  • Background from premium, process‑driven organisations; direct competitors excluded
  • Willingness to be based in Delhi NCR or Mumbai with frequent travel
