About Our Client

Our client (an MNC), who is based out of Bangalore, is a leading organization in the business services sector, specializing in leasing large commercial space

Job Description

  • Advising on, reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts such as consultancy agreements, services agreements, RFPs, tender responses etc with clients and vendors
  • Research and advisory on corporate and commercial laws, and management of regulatory compliance
  • Direct interaction with internal clients as well as external parties such as clients, vendors and other third parties
  • Assisting with the development of processes and procedures to identify and manage legal risks, improve efficiencies and processes including template management
  • Render other legal support as required by Senior Director - Legal

The Successful Applicant

A successful Commercial Contracts Lawyer should have:

  • A degree in law or a related field.
  • Experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in legal research and document management tools.
