We are seeking an experienced React Native Software Development Engineer (SDE II) to join our mobile application development team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain high-quality cross-platform mobile applications using React Native, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to our mobile application architecture.

It's cross-border capabilities enable global citizens to access financial products such as checking accounts, credit cards, remittances, insurances, and loans seamlessly, helping them to be financially free to pursue their ambitions, without limiting the services to a particular country.

Job Description

● Design and implement robust, scalable, and performant React Native applications for iOS and Android platforms
● Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices and team coding standards
● Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions
● Optimize application performance and ensure smooth user experiences across different devices
● Implement unit tests and integration tests to ensure code quality
● Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
● Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
● Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends relevant to mobile development

The Successful Applicant

Experience:

● 3+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 2 years focused on React Native

● Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and React Native framework

● Experience with state management solutions (Redux, MobX, Context API)

● Familiarity with native build tools like Xcode and Android Studio

● Understanding of RESTfulAPIs and GraphQL

● Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines

● Knowledge of mobile app architecture patterns and best practices

● Solid understanding of performance optimization techniques for mobile apps

● Experience with automated testing frameworks for React Native

● Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detailPreferred Skills:

● Experience with React Native navigation libraries (React Navigation, Native Stack)

● Knowledge of integrating native modules in React Native applications

● Understanding of mobile app deployment processes to app stores

● Familiarity with mobile app analytics and monitoring tools

● Open-source contributions or personal projects showcasing React Native skills

● Experience integrating a React Native application in an existing iOS / android native app
