Job Description



  • Lead key workstreams independently and co-create solutions with client teams


  • Deliver transformation programs focused on change management and finance transformation


  • Apply emerging technical expertise across sectors and capabilities


  • Coach and mentor junior team members and client resources


  • Contribute to business development activities, including client account growth, proposal development, and client networking


  • Actively participate in firm-building initiatives, sector/capability communities, and internal knowledge sharing



The Successful Applicant



  • 4-10 years of consulting experience (depending on level), ideally in a Tier-1 or recognised consulting firm


  • Demonstrated ability to lead client workstreams and own content creation


  • Expertise in change management and/or finance transformation


  • Strong communication and emotional intelligence (EQ) skills


  • A collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in contributing to internal initiatives and cultural development


  • Experience in coaching and supporting junior team members
