Job Description

  • Manage the SAP AMS delivery for mid to large-scale clients across South India
  • Own both client acquisition and service delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes and long-term value
  • Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency through automation, innovation, and global delivery models
  • Direct AMS transformation projects focused on performance improvement, workflow optimization, and cost reduction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and execute improvement roadmaps

The Successful Applicant

  • 15+ years of extensive SAP consulting experience with proven delivery in SAP AMS for mid to large-sized clients
  • Led end-to-end AMS operations across South India, including client acquisition and service delivery management
  • Directed transformation initiatives focused on process optimization, automation, innovation, and offshoring strategies
  • Held leadership positions at the Senior Associate Director/Director level with a focus on driving measurable outcomes
  • Specialized in the South India and Bangalore markets, with deep regional insight and delivery expertise
  • Experienced in shared services environments, managing multi-client operations efficiently
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills, capable of handling multiple concurrent projects
  • Self-driven and autonomous, thrives with minimal supervision
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, building strong stakeholder relationships
