Role: Salesforce DeveloperExperience: 5+ yearsShift: 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM ISTLocation: Hyderabad Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex (classes, triggers) and Lightning Web Components (LWC).Design, develop, and optimize Salesforce Flows to automate business processes and improve user experiences.Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver robust solutions.Write scalable and maintainable code, ensuring best practices are followed.Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs, web services, and middleware technologies.Support and enhance existing Salesforce applications by troubleshooting issues, performing debugging, and implementing improvements.Design and implement reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions to meet business needs.Leverage Excel for data analysis, reporting, and to assist in data migration processes.Conduct unit testing, and peer code reviews, and assist in user acceptance testing (UAT).Stay updated with Salesforce releases, new features, and industry best practices.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with hands-on expertise in Apex, LWC, and Salesforce Flows.Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.Proficient in integrating Salesforce with third-party applications using RESTful APIs, web services, and middleware platforms.Experience working with Salesforce's declarative tools such as Process Builder, Flow Builder, and Lightning App Builder.Proficient in Excel, with experience in data manipulation, reporting, and advanced functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Experience and transition from Classic.Experience with Salesforce testing tools and methodologies (unit testing, integration testing).Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) certification is preferred.
