Job Description

  • Develop and implement Salesforce solutions aligned with business needs in the Renewable sector.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with existing systems.
  • Analyse business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce functionalities.
  • Provide technical expertise to optimise Salesforce performance and user experience.
  • Conduct training sessions and create documentation for end-users and stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce advancements to recommend new features and improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for data security and system integrity.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce implementations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Salesforce Consultant should have:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce development and administration tools.
  • Experience in implementing Salesforce solutions for the Energy & Natural Resources industry is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific challenges in the Renewable sector.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies is a plus.
