They are one of the biggest players in the helicopter space and work closely with clients across sectors - including but not limited to government, charter players and large corporate houses.Job DescriptionThe key responsibilities of the role are -Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives in the civil helicopter segment - including but not limited to Govt bodies, charter players, corporate houses and VIP clienteleShould understand and be comfortable with complex sales and productsShould be comfortable with a long sales cycleIdentify and pursue new business opportunities in the Aerospace Industry.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals with cross functional collaboration with the technical and product teamsSolution selling approach and mindsetCollaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with customer requirements.Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.Provide regular reports on sales performance and forecasts to senior management.The Successful ApplicantThe successful applicant will have -Proven expertise in sales within the Aerospace Industry / capital equipment industry / machinery and tooling industry / helicopter industryStrong knowledge of the civil helicopter market and related technologies.Exposure of working on large deals with clients in the government sector or large corporate housesExcellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships.Educational qualifications in business, engineering, or a related field.Proficiency in market analysis and strategic planning.Proactive and results-driven mindset.What's on OfferThe candidate will get a chance to work with a leading global player in the aviation industry.
