Job Description

  • Lead global sales for the hospitality vertical, managing a USD 20-25M portfolio with full revenue accountability.
  • Manage, coach, and scale a 30‑member sales team across geographies, ensuring strong quota performance and pipeline health.
  • Build and execute GTM strategies focused on hotel chains, venues, travel tech, and ecosystem partners.
  • Drive enterprise pipeline generation, key account expansion, and multi‑market penetration initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with product, marketing, customer success, and revenue leadership to influence roadmap and customer outcomes.
  • Represent the organization at global industry events, hospitality forums, and C‑suite‑level client conversations.
  • Forecast revenue, optimize sales processes, and implement operational rigor and governance across the vertical.

The Successful Applicant

  • 16-25 years of experience in hospitality, hospitality tech, travel tech, or related sectors.
  • Proven track record of managing USD 20-25M+ revenue portfolios with consistent year‑on‑year growth.
  • Strong experience leading large sales teams (20+ members) in global or multi‑regional environments.
  • Deep understanding of hotel chains, distribution, venues, and travel ecosystem dynamics.
  • Strategic, data‑driven thinker with strong executive presence and consultative selling skills.
  • Adept at handling enterprise clients, long sales cycles, and multi‑stakeholder negotiations.
