Job Description
You will develop and maintain senior level relationships with key customers across APAC (across Oil & Gas, Utility, Ports, Construction) to broaden awareness, understand current and emerging needs and position the company as a solution leader
Successfully prospect, drive discovery, and secure new business by positioning the company with a focus on industrial platforms and solutions to APAC clients
Through strong leadership and communication skills you make sure to have your team motivated and connected for excellent functional working relationships
With your sales team, you continuously develop, maintain and manage a robust deal pipeline with targeted entities to continuously grow the business and generate sales
You will be required to attend conferences and have appropriate industry meetings to promote the vision of the brand to global clients
Be the Group's IoT market expert for the APAC region, spotting and capitalizing on trends. Professionally represent the Group in IoT sales engagements across the region
The Successful Applicant
Outstanding presentation and communication skills and ability to win the team's commitment and buy-in to a common vision and clearly stated goals
Experienced senior sales to provide effective sales team leadership, coaching and direction whilst enabling smooth collaboration with other parts of the organisation
Excellent track record in Direct Industrial high-end sales to Factory end users, machine builders and system integrators. Specific Industrial insight with the domains Oil & Gas, Automotive, Utility, Infra or Transport among others is an advantage
You have an extensive background in the Industrial technology market with an attitude understanding Industrial technology products, topics and solutions
Candidates with 8 - 12 years of experience and prior experience in driving sales for the APAC regions
