About Our Client

Our client is a growing Nutraceutical brand, looking to hire Sales HRBP for their Mumbai office.

Job Description

Your roles and responsibilities will be :- Work closely with the business and execute Business Linked HR Plans on an annual and quarterly basis

- Drive zonal incentive programs for Sales teams at both on-roll and off- roll levels and ensure effective utilisation to drive business growth

-Identify capability gaps and identify training requirements / needs and coordinate to ensure gaps are minimised

- Manage Talent Acquisition for all front line Sales Field Force pan India

-Own and drive key talent mechanisms that impact talent including but not limited to, critical role-talent mapping, succession planning and long-range organisational planning

-Collaborate with business leaders to improve existing recruiting and retention processes and help initiate scalable changes to the current recruiting strategy

The Successful Applicant

- The ideal candidate comes 10+ years of experience in sales HRBP roles with pharmaceutical setups

- comes with excellent communication skills and have expertise in stakeholder management and liaising with cross functional teams
