The company is a leading healthcare aggregator which ties up with insurance companies to help their customers with pre-policy check-ups and other diagnosis. Customers can locate partnering healthcare centres closer to them and use their services through the app. The company has also ties up with corporates to offer them subscription plans and flexi employee healthcare products.

It currently operates a strong network of 4,000 primary care centres in 1,100 cities offering services including dental, paediatric, ophthalmology and diagnostics across India. The company has extended their services to more than 1.5 million customers and targets to serve millions more in the coming year.

Job Description

  • Lead the team of RSMs for delivering business targets for the channel pan India
  • Design the GTM based on overall business strategy
    • Generate new accounts for corporate and retail channels
    • Coach and drive sales team to sell and grow the full range of products.
    • Define and set targets and sales incentives, and performance manage towards the targets.

The Successful Applicant

  • High level of business acumen and ability to solve complex logistics problems.
  • 8 to 15 years of experience as a senior sales leader, preferably from a healthcare aggregator company or health insurance industry
  • You have led and developed large teams.
  • You can manage ambiguity.
  • You are self-driven, energetic and have the passion for customers and their business.
  • Master's degree in business management is preferred. Excellent communication skills in English at a professional level.
