About Our Client
Our client is a pioneer in the Fire Detection products. The brand is more than 100 years old brand and has been an inspirational brand across the globe known for its high quality and innovative life safety solutions. The brand has recently started its operations directly in India and already has a strong portfolio of clients across multiple applications- Commercial & Industrial.
Reporting to the Country Head- Indian Subcontinent, you will be responsible for the below:
- Drive Sales in Indian subcontinent
- Build a strong pipeline of clients across commercial and industrial sectors
- Define growth path for your team and support them in growing the business more holistically across the entire product portfolio offerings of the brand in India
The Successful Applicant
We are looking for young leaders between 8-10 years of experience and Engineers by profession. We are specifically looking for people from "Fire Detection" Industry. We are also open to identify strong profiles from IBMS, but MUST have worked in "Fire Detection" product portfolio and should know the global standards in the fire detection space.
From soft skills perspective, we are looking for someone who has a mind of a strategist, presents himself well, excellent communication skills and should have liaised with global teams in the past. Since the brand is still building its presence directly in India, we are also looking for someone who is very hands-on when there is a need.
