The Sales Head - EV will lead the sales function for our EV business division (Two wheelers, Battery and Charger). The candidate will be responsible for business growth, dealer network expansion, revenue generation, and strategic sales planning in the EV Division.

Job Description

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  2. Drive business expansion in the EV market through dealers, distributors, and institutional sales with regular travel to increase geographical reach of the company and products.
  3. Build and manage strong relationships with key clients and business partners.
  4. Lead and mentor the sales team to improve performance and productivity.
  5. Identify new market opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
  6. Coordinate with operations teams for smooth execution of sales activities.
  7. Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and business plans for management review.
  8. Represent the company in client meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.
  9. Key understanding on procurement planning (imports), manufacturing execution, departmental budgeting and overall sales.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Sales Head - EV should have:

  1. Strong experience in EV/Automobile/Automotive sales.
  2. Expertise in dealer development, channel sales and geographical expansion.
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  4. Strong understanding of EV industry trends and market dynamics.
  5. Target-oriented and capable of handling team operations.
  6. B.Tech and MBA preferred
  7. 8-10 years of experience in the EV industry
