About Our Client

Our client is a leader in the EV space in the Indian market with a PAN India presence and are looking for a Sales Head.

Job Description

The Head of Sales will provide leadership over the sales department and will be responsible for developing the sales targets for the department, examining growth opportunities, enabling sales improvements, product mix development, and taking responsibility for the department's performance against targets. - Managing the P&L for India business and owning all plans and strategies for developing business

- Preparing the sales plan, forecasts and KPI reporting

- Work collaboratively across teams - including Engineering, Product and Marketing

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate would have the following:

  • 10+ years of experience in solution/concept selling
  • Experience in the following industries:
  1. Logistics
  2. EV OEM
  3. EV Charging
  4. Real Estate Brokers
  • Education: Engineering
