About Our Client

The client is one of the biggest players in the steel industry in India. They have forayed into a few new businesses, composites being one of them and have plans to scale the business exponentially in the next few years.

Job Description

  • The candidate will be responsible for heading the sales for the composites business of the organisation
  • S/he will be responsible for working closely with the top leadership in driving the strategy for the composites business
  • The candidate will be responsible for building the business in the B2C, B2B and B2G space for the organisation. B2B and B2G are the main focus areas at present
  • S/he will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle for the business, from identifying the leads to winning tenders and execution of the project.
  • Team management will be a part of the role too

The Successful Applicant

  • The successful candidate will be an engineer with atleast 12+ years of experience in sales
  • S/he should have an extensive experience in working with clients in the B2B and B2G space
  • Candidates with knowledge of composites, manufacturing process and technologies will be preferred
  • S/he should have an experience of leading teams and working with senior leadership in driving the strategy for the organisation
  • The candidate should be experienced in the sales strategy and planning for the business unit, both for the medium and long term.
