Our client is is a global leader in speciality films used for flexible packaging, lamination, labelling and industrial application.

Job Description

  • Manage sales of Glass Films/ Sun Control Films in his/her region.
  • Develop Distributors/ Importers by demonstrating ROI, market potential and product benefits
  • Create awareness of the product among the specifiers (architects, interior designers, consultants, etc.).
  • Drive awareness among other influencers like builders, contractors, corporates, etc.
  • Develop a working relationship with the specifiers to maintain a robust pipeline of projects.
  • Generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, industry events, and online platforms.
  • Understand clients' business needs and challenges, and tailor solutions to address their specific requirements.
  • Prepare proposals, submit quotes, conduct sales presentations, demonstrate products and close leads commercially.
  • Meet budgeted target for product placement and sales in the region
  • Resolve problems and concerns of stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years of experience in sales/ business development for films (experience in window films will be preferred & experience in building materials mandatory)
  • Engineering and MBA from good institute
  • Experience of business development through channels and distributors in Europe or South America
  • Should have prior experience of managing teams
  • Must be open to overseas travel or relocating
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Language proficiency in French or Spanish will be preferred

What's on Offer

These are two separate positions that will take care of the business development in Europe and South America respectively. This is a newly introduced product which has high potential in international market for which we are connecting with high calibre business development candidates.

Please note the position will be based out of India with frequent travel to respective regions.
