Lead and scale the AE team by coaching, mentoring, and developing a group of high-performing Account Executives who sell to mid market and enterprise customers in the US market.
  • This is a 5 day WFO mandate
  • The role will report to the founder

Our client is a Series A SaaS product company focused on selling to enterprise customers in the US market. They are backed by leading investors and guided by a team of highly accomplished founders.

Job Description

  • Lead and scale the AE team by coaching, mentoring, and developing a group of high-performing Account Executives
  • Own the revenue number and drive new business bookings to achieve quarterly and annual ARR targets
  • Run weekly pipeline reviews, forecast calls, and performance analysis to ensure deals move from "maybe" to "closed-won"
  • Be hands-on with key deals by stepping in for late-stage negotiations, executive relationships, and high-value opportunities when needed
  • Design the sales playbook by refining outbound strategy, demo processes, and deal qualification frameworks to bring structure and repeatability to a fast-moving GTM engine
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure messaging, handoffs, and expansion strategies are aligned
  • Recruit and ramp new Account Executives, helping them succeed faster

The Successful Applicant

  • 8-12 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, including at least 3 years leading and managing Account Executives
  • A proven record of consistently hitting or exceeding multi-million ARR targets in mid-market or enterprise SaaS
  • Experience selling to U.S. or global markets
  • Strong people leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and hold your team accountable
  • A solid understanding of complex sales cycles, multi-stakeholder deals, and executive-level selling
  • Comfort with data-driven management and a deep familiarity with CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, equally confident running a forecast meeting or demo.
  • Open to a WFO model based out of Bangalore.
