This is a 0→1 Sales Leadership role in an early-stage HealthTech SaaS company, where you'll build and own the entire GTM and revenue function from scratch. You will drive direct sales, define strategy, and scale a team to grow a diagnostics software platform in a large, under-digitized market.

About Our Client

An early-stage HealthTech SaaS startup building a deep-tech diagnostics (LIMS) platform for laboratories, helping labs digitize workflows, standardize reporting, and improve operational efficiency. The company is currently in its early growth phase with paying customers and is now focused on scaling its GTM and building a connected healthcare ecosystem.

Job Description

  • Own and drive end-to-end sales and revenue generation in the early stage
  • Build and execute the GTM strategy for SMB labs across India
  • Close initial deals personally and establish a strong sales pipeline
  • Create scalable sales processes, playbooks, and CRM workflows
  • Hire, train, and manage the sales team over time
  • Work closely with product teams to incorporate customer feedback and improve offerings
  • Identify and build partnerships and growth channels for scaling the business



The Successful Applicant

    • Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in SMB-focused environments
    • Strong track record of building and scaling sales from 0→1 or early stage
    • Ability to operate as a player-coach, driving closures while building teams
    • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities in GTM and revenue growth
    • High ownership mindset, comfortable with ambiguity and fast-moving environments
    • Bonus: Exposure to healthcare, diagnostics, or complex product selling
