About Our Client

Our client is a B2B Fintech company digitizing spends to drive growth and unlock value through automated and innovative workflows. With 4 different product lines and more than 4000 clients and 5 million users, our client is one of the most promising FinTech players in the ecosystem. We are mandated to hire the National Sales Head for their EMS (expense management system) business.

Job Description

The role entails to but not limited to:

  • Drive the EMS sales in India and abroad
  • Own and execute a clearly defined strategy roadmap with the head of product for EMS across industry segments - Enterprise, mid market, SMB
  • Lead the current team and build and nurture a high performing team
  • Own the P&L for the EMS vertical

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate must have:

  • Atleast 8 years of technology sales experience
  • Atleast 3 years of direct line team management experience
  • Prior experience experience in selling to the CFO fraternity would be a huge advantage
  • Scale up / building experience would be appreciated
  • MBA from a tier 1 college would be a bonus
