About Our Client

Our client is a listed software company, and the global leader in the Customer experience space. We have been mandated to set up their India GTM leadership.

Job Description

The Director of Sales would be expected to:

  • Scale and run the India enterprise business
  • Work with the current sales team, and scale the same to achieve and surpass territory numbers
  • Liaise across functions, to enable a smooth operation of the sales engine.
  • Track, monitor and be responsible for a healthy sales funnel.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate must have:

  • Atleast 15+ years of enterprise sales experience, focusing on the India / SAARC geography
  • Should have navigated and executed successfully, multi million dollar deals
  • Must have managed directly a team of atleast 5, for atleast 5 years
  • Prior experience of managing a book of atleast 10 million dollars would be a bonus
  • Should come with very strong industry and customer references
  • Prior experience in selling to BPOs / KPOs, would be a huge advantage.
