Job Description

  • Generate new business opportunities while expanding existing client accounts
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring high service standards
  • Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth
  • Clearly articulate product value, capabilities, and solutions to customers
  • Manage RFQs, pricing discussions, negotiations, and order expectations
  • Liaise closely with internal teams to ensure timely execution and delivery
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through regular customer engagement
  • Represent the company in the market with professionalism and credibility
  • Travel extensively for customer meetings and business development activities



The Successful Applicant

  • 4-8 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in labels, packaging, printing, or related manufacturing
  • Prior exposure to clients in FMCG, spirits, beverages, food, or cosmetics
  • Strong understanding of printing or packaging production processes
  • Proven ability to manage complex, relationship-driven sales cycles
  • Consultative mindset with strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Excellent communication, planning, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Comfortable with extensive travel and field-based sales activity
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and accountable for results
