Job Description

  • Formulating long term/ short term strategic plans, conducting negotiations & marketing operations thereby achieving increased sales growth across region.
  • Responsible for building culture & processes to ensure the success of the region.
  • Steering operations with a view to achieve organisational objectives and ensure profitability
  • Networking with financially strong & reliable channel partners, resulting in deeper market penetration & reach
  • Exploring new markets for promoting products and conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends & competitors to achieve market share metrics.
  • Reviewing & interpreting the competition & market information to fine-tune the marketing strategies
  • Driving sales initiatives and achieving desired targets with overall responsibility of Return on Investment
  • Conceptualizing & implementing the sales promotional activities as part of brand building
  • Recruiting, mentoring, training & coaching personnel of the sales team for ensuring optimum performance to deliver quality services.

The Successful Applicant

15+ yrs of relevant work experience in dealer & distribution management, people management skills etc.

  • Top Pedigree



* Strong presentation and communication skills.

* Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.

* Interact effectively with employees at all organisational levels.

* Possess good English communication skills (both written and oral).

* Demonstrate good organisational and time management skills.

* Ability to lead by influencing with a facilitate style of management demonstrating behaviours consistent
