Job Description



  • CRM & Tools Management: Ensure CRM hygiene, administer tools (Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.), and manage changes.


  • Process Oversight: Monitor sales processes, highlight deviations, and ensure compliance.


  • Sales Performance Tracking: Analyze SDR/sales team activities and metrics.


  • Compensation Ownership: Manage SDR team incentives and variables.


  • Tool Admin Ownership: Act as the primary administrator for all GTM tools.


  • Reporting & Insights: Partner with the Sales Ops Lead to share findings and drive improvements.

The Successful Applicant



  • Experience: 3+ years in Sales Operations, preferably in B2B SaaS.


  • Tech Stack Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM and sales tools like Salesforce, Hubspot, Salesloft, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.


  • Data Proficiency: Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; knowledge of BI tools is a plus.


  • Soft Skills: High ownership, detail orientation, proactiveness, multitasking, and cross-functional collaboration.


  • Culture Fit: Must thrive in ambiguity and chaos, and bring structure to the process.
