Job Description

Profile: Controllership (Revenue Assurance)

Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 4 years post-qualification

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)Key Responsibilities:1. Manage end-to-end revenue accounting and ensure accurate and timely revenue recognition as per IND AS

2. Prepare and analyze monthly revenue MIS reports, dashboards, and trackers

3. Perform revenue variance analysis and identify revenue leakages

4. Prepare and present monthly revenue decks to internal stakeholders

5. Review of Balance Sheet schedules

6. Reconcile deferred revenue, accrued income, and unbilled revenue accounts

7. Work closely with business teams to resolve revenue-related issues

8. Support internal and statutory audit with relevant schedules and documentation

9. Ensure compliance with internal controls and help strengthen financial governance

10. Identify areas for process improvement and support automation initiatives in revenue accounting

11. Reconciliation with payment gateways

12. Inter-company reconciliations

The Successful Applicant

1. Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3-4 years of relevant experience in controllership, revenue accounting, or audit

2. Candidate having prior experience in revenue accounting would be preferred

3. Good understanding of IND AS 115

4. Strong knowledge of revenue processes, reconciliations, and reporting

5. Ability to lead the team and manage multiple stakeholders

6. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

7. Experience working with SAP, knowledge of SQL, Power BI or similar tools is an added advantage

8. Strong capability to work in a fast-paced environment with business, tech, and finance stakeholders
